Assalamualaikum w.b.t.
I have heard that the standards of beauty in Korea is really tough; their standards are really extreme to the extent that not many people would believe that they are beautiful.
Many turn to plastic surgery and many other methods to achieve that ideal beauty. The beauty that perhaps, only 5% of our population acquire naturally.
Check out the link below on some of these magical transformation:
http://www.funnymalaysia.net/plastic-surgery-in-south-korea-30-before-and-after-plastic-surgery-in-south-korea/
I am definitely happy for the people who are extremely happy with the results of their plastic surgery. Yes, everyone deserves to be happy.
It just saddens me that when I look at these pictures on the website, I could see that they were already BEAUTIFUL people BEFORE their plastic surgery.
The society and media are the ones responsible for setting such a high standard for beauty and the people are the ones who suffer the consequences.
I, am in no doubt, also a victim of this ideal beauty that 'they' have set.
Alhamdulillah, I am grateful for being exposed to this cruel reality and that I had the chance to gain more knowledge on the ideal physical beauty. Even so, it is definitely not easy to change your mindset in just one night.
Insya-Allah, I pray that all of us, both men and women, will be guided in the path that will please Him. And never forget, He knows what is BEST for us :) So never stop praying!
Take care beautiful people :)

Giving Pears
After watching this video, it inspired me to somehow give a little bit more than just money.
There is always this one old man who is blind who roams around the streets of this small town of Kamunting. The last time I did offer him a small amount of donation. However, I just came out of a fruit shop and saw him again. Inspired by the video, I gave him some money and also one out of the three pears that I have bought.
When I offered him the pear, I gave salam and called him 'pakcik'. But to my surprise, I found out that he was also deaf. So I tried to simply put the pear in his hands. He was a little bit startled when something was in his hands, but almost immediately moaned loudly. I quickly left him and went back to my car.
Almost had tears in my eyes. Who would have expected that such a simple pear could leave a person moaning in surprise and appreciation.
The next time I saw him, I gave donation and pears again. But this time, I tried to stay to hear what he says (in hopes that he could speak and that I don't break down and cry) and I heard him say after a long moan; 'Alhamdulillaaah!'
Oh pakcik why you make me so sad :'(
Got me thinking though that since he is quite elderly, maybe I should give him softer fruits like bananas.
Insya-Allah, will continue to give more as much as I can while I am still alive. Hoping for nothing more than the pakcik to be happy and blessings from Allah :')

Beautiful advice from a divorced man after 16 years of marriage
Assalamualaikum!
Here is a link towards some words of wisdom of a man who was married for 16 years but got divorced; these are his advices to the man who plans or has already settled down.
I think it is also good advice for women as well :) Good reminder for myself too.
It is a good read! :) Here is the link:

Above all, do not forget to also love HIM above anyone else. Second comes our dear prophet PBUH :) Insya-Allah, He who gave us the ability to love will open our hearts to the right person at the right time and guide us through.

Buka Puasa Photo Controversy
Assalamualaikum w.b.t.
As most of us have known, there has been an uproar within the Muslim community in Malaysia due to an 'offensive' picture that was posted by a Chinese couple which was originally just a 'joke' or a 'troll' by them.
They are facing charges of either going to prison or facing chargers or both. (or they might have face the verdict already. Apologies for not being updated)
My take on this is that; yes, they were quite ignorant and silly to post such a picture when they clearly know that pork is Haram for muslims. Even so, I personally do not think that so much hatred and threat on them is what they deserve. Yes, I did get annoyed by their ignorance. But not to the extend that they should face a sentence for their silly or immature act. They can learn from their mistake. They can change if we give them a chance. They can LEARN, if only we had TAUGHT them in the first place.
What happen to exemplifying our dear Prophet, Rasulullah peace be upon him! Where he PRAYS that Allah forgives those who THREW STONES AT HIM TILL HE BLED and THREW CAMEL POO WHILE HE WAS PRAYING. The Prophet peace be upon him, even REFUSED Gabriel's offer to kill off a whole population by throwing a mountain onto them. Muhammad, peace be upon him, kindly said that even though they do not listen to his words, perhaps their children or grandchildren will; which is to say that There Is No God but Allah... :')
I think Alvin and Vivi should have been 'punished' by fasting for a day to redeem themselves :) Maybe like this guy who voluntarily did it.

One could only try apologize for the hatred and violence portrayed by others. But one thing's for sure; I am only here to offer you love and peace, as did our Prophet peace be upon him :)
